What are the most common interview questions?
The near-universal ones are: 'Tell me about yourself,' 'Why do you want this job/company?,' 'What are your strengths and weaknesses?,' 'Tell me about a challenge you overcame,' 'Where do you see yourself in five years?,' and 'Do you have any questions for us?' Prepare concise, tailored answers to these six and you'll be ready for most interviews.
Behavioural questions ('tell me about a time…') are best answered with the STAR method. Role-specific technical questions vary, so also review the skills listed in the job description.
